JK-SC-132 Sample Concentrator

Used in the concentrating preparation of multiple samples to replace the traditional rotary evaporators, JK-SC-132 sample concentrators are able to perform both gas heating and sweeping, and shorten the sample preparation time substantially. Commonly the inert gases are used to sweep the heated samples to make samples condense, separate, purify quickly. Then the oxygen-free concentration is achieved and samples are more pure than before. These instruments are widely used in preparing massive samples needed by the food inspection, drug screening, pesti cide detecting, gas chromatography (GC) or liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectral analysis. 

Feature

The integrated gas pre-heating system can heat the inert gas, which will improve the concentrating efficiency and shorten the concentrating time.
The real-time adjustment can be made to the gas pressure according to what displayed on the screen.
The 0.01 um nitrogen filter is adopted to make the nitrogen drier and more pure , preventing the impurities from entering the nitrogen.
The temperature, operation time and nitrogen pressure can be displayed in the real time mode, which bring you the clear picture of whole experiment.
The auto mal-function detecting and alarming system and integrated overheat protection device can ensure the safety of the experiment.
The height-adjusting system can align the sweeping needle and liquid level.
The high purity aluminum is serving as the heating medium, and therefore the quick and even heating can be achieved.
Replacing the saturated steam, the inert gas is used to sweep the liquid instead.
The testing material can not be acidulated if the inert gas is in use.
Four groups of sweeping needles can be controlled separately and independently,which will reduce the inert gas consumption.
Two heating mode including the straight-line type temperature rising mode and curve type temperature rising mode are available.
The touch screen brings the more user friendly interface and more smooth interaction between users and instruments.
With the time delay function of the backlight, the instrument is environmentfriendly.
