JK-DT-255 Petroleum Distillation Tester (test asphaltum)

Purpose:

    The instrument is produced according to the standard of T0632-93. Test the content of the distillate of the asphaltum in the required temperature.

Main technical specification and parameters

1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz

2. Flask cover: Made by iron sheet, its surface is plated to black, and it is with a wooden handle. There is a gap opposite to the handle to let the branch tube of distillation flask get through. There is a rectangle observation window on the shield of flask. There is transparent mica inserted in the frame of window.

3. Distillation flask

It is made of hardness glass and can endure 500 ℃. The diameter of bottle is 102±2.0 mm, and the neck of bottle is 25±1.2 mm. The angle between branch tube and bottle neck is 75±3 °.

4. Thermometer

0～360 ℃, graduation is 1 ℃. It is in accord with the stipulation on Distillation thermometer in the GB/T514 “Technical Condition of Liquid Thermometer for Petroleum Products Test”.

5. Condensation tube and holder

The Condensation tube is composed of Φ12.5±0.5 glass tube, and it is supported by two holders.

6. Heating temperature regulation tester

It is composed of heating furnace and silicon control rectifier temperature regulation case. Its power is 1000 W/220 V. The heating speed is adjustable.

7. Graduated flask

The graduated flask is 100 ml, and graduation is 0.5 ml.

8. Connection tube: made by thick glass (about 1 mm). Like ox horn. The bending angle is 105°. The inner diameter of larger end is 18 mm and that of small end is less than 5 mm.

9. Electric furnace gasket:

It is made by carbonized silicon. Its outer diameter is 105 mm and its inner diameter is 50 mm, 3mm and with gap, total three types.

10. Ambient temperature: -10～+35 ℃

11. Relative humidity: ≤85%

12. Total power consumption: not more than 1100 W
