JK-DT Purpose: The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of China –GB/T7534-2004 “Test Methods for Distillation of Volatile Industrial Organic Liquids”. It is suitable for distillation of volatile industrial organic liquids and organic solvent. If equipped with proper flasks, it can also used for distillation of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products. Main characteristics: 1. The heating wires are sealed in the quartz glass tube, so there is no flame during test. It is safe and durable. 2. The height of furnace can be adjusted ups and downs using a knob on the panel, so you can locate the distillation flask at the proper position conveniently. 3. The heating power can be continuously set by rotating the adjust knob on the control panel. And the electric current can be displayed on the ampere meter. Main technical specification and parameters: 1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz 2. Heating power: 1000 W 3. Movable plate of the furnace: it is made of silicon carbonized. The diameter of hole in each plate is Φ38 or Φ50 respectively. 4. Distillation flask: It is made of harden glass. The outer diameter of the flask isΦ65. 5. Condensation tube: it is made ofΦ14 copper tube. The outlet of tube likes arc, and its length is about 6. Graduated flask: it is 100 ml and its division is 1 ml.
