1. The instrument is made as per SPERPAVE Standard issued by FHWA of American. It can work smoothly under stipulated pressure and rotary angle. 2. Take PLC of the siemens company as core of controlling system, so it has perfect protection function. It can work normally under severe condition. 3. Adopt an 8-inch touch screen as a table for man-machine communication, it is intuitive. What’s more, it is easy to set test parameter and it can show test data real time. For example, number of rotation, pressure, displacement, changing curve of density, etc. 4. It has a communication port to connect a computer. You can download test data to a computer and save or print test data in the form of table or diagram using Excel. 5. The pressure device, sensor and converter motor are imported from abroad. 6. It is stable when it is used by our clients. Strongpoint 1. Can detect and adjust compact angle automatically. 2. Equipped with compact angle detection device and relevant software, it can detect the compact angle automatically. It detects compact angle every 5 minutes. The accuracy of angle detected is about ±0.01°. 3. The compact angle can be adjusted quickly in the range of 0° to 2 °using the set dial of the instrument. It only takes you 10 minutes to reset the compact angle, but most of imported instruments will take you 2 hours. Technical specification and parameters 1.
