This instrument meets People's Republic of water conservancy and hydropower industry standard SL21-1990 "precipitation observing practices," "long-term self-recording type rain gauge" and the China Meteorological Administration, 2003 edition of "surface weather observations norms" in the "automatic rainfall stations," the relevant requirements.

Sense of rain this instrument sensitivity, accuracy, scope of rainfall intensity gauges are better than other forms, suitable equipment, heavy rainfall areas in southern China, northern environmental conditions of various types of dust rainfall stations.

Technical performance of this instrument is much higher than the international and domestic current rain sensor, suitable for equipment parts, under different climatic conditions, the state's basic rainfall stations, encryption automatic weather (rainfall stations) and telemetry stations, auto-complete the precipitation process measurement and data collection, especially for an alternative to traditional paper record siphon rain gauge, make existing siphon rainfall station unattended and automated data integration, automatic transmission.

4 The main technical parameters

4.5 Output signal: 1) RS-485 interface, the output real-time cumulative rainfall, rainfall encoder true value, the related alarm signal (see Appendix JFZ-01 digital rain sensor RS-485 interface communication protocol);

2) pulse interface, 0.1mm rainfall each connected to a relay output contacts, on-time of 100ms, the minimum interval of 400ms, contact capacity ≤ 24VDC/0.2A;
