Cases of application:
1. Oil & Water In-line homogenizing and emulsifying
Separately meter a required amount of oil and water, and pump them into F22Z at the same time, switch the rotation speed to Stage F, after they are completely added, make them circulate for 5min more to produce the final stable emulsion. (In the precondition that the formula is correct)
2. Simulating the industrialized production
A large-scale industrial production is often carried on by the mode of on-line continuous production while a batch experiment is often taken in the lab, as there is a risk if the experimental technique is applied in industrial production, F22Z can be used to simulate the industrialized production, and the experimental parameters can be used to guide the practical production.
