Technical parameters

The system is used for analysing and researching the electrophoresis gel image.The result of gel electrophoresis displayed on the UV analyzer through the vidicon can be put into the computer.According to the corresponding software,can image and analysize these images of DNA,RNA, protein gel and chromatography plate,etc.,thus peak of gel band, molecular weight or base-pair, acreage, height, location, location or all samples can be got.Different specifications can be output/input.

Functions of analytical software of gel image

[I] intelligently automatically identify lanes and bands: advanced automatic identification method can automatically identify the lanes / bands and the number, you can also add or delete lanes or bands,remove or adjust lanes according to their own requests

[II]Compare the density: optical density scanning the specified lane,draw the scanning curve, and calculate the density integral and peak of each band in the lane, in addition, can fine tune the optical density measurement range of each band and compare and view many lanes

[Ⅲ] calculating the optical density of molecular weight and mobility:bands in the selected standard lanes can be molecular or optical density calibrated by simple wizard tool,then according to the result automatically calculate molecular weight and optical density of each bands. Mobility of each bands can be automatically calculated on the basis of the specified base line and front line through wizard tool of mobility

[Ⅳ] Derive the data:Through seamless data connecting technology, molecular weight, analysis reports of optical density and mobility can be derived to the text file or Excel. Undo and Redo functions: All the analysis can be unlimited undo and redo, you do not regret for a wrong operation.

[V] Note functions: Many annotation tools are provided,such as rectangle, hollow rectangle, oval, hollow oval, straight line, multi-style arrows, text boxes, insert images,etc., can contract and magnify the image on a reasonable proportion
