JK-GDS-2020D Gel imaging analysis system (full-automation)

Introduction

JK-GDS-2020D gel imaging system is simple, high-performance real-time gel imaging system. LG2020D can be automatically controlled with the software of GEL-PRO, we can collect and analyse the images of protein gel,DNA gel, 96 holes cell plate and plate,etc.

1. 1280 x 1024 high resolution CCD real-time collecting image

2. Dynamic range: level progressive scanning 800 line

3. With automatically controlled f / 1.2, C - bayonet len. With the mouse adjust the aperture on the panel or in the software (iris), Zoom len (zoom), focus’ depth (focus). C - bayonet, f / 1.2 guarantee the light quantity and high imaging velocity.

6. LG2020D has a variety of light sources: white light on the side, transmission ultraviolet, transmission white light(white Board) and UV reflection. White light on the side is suitable for opaque samples such as photograph, paper, hybrid membrane etc; transmission ultraviolet is suitable for fluorescence samples such as EB dyeing DNA gel, SYPRO Orange fluorescence staining DNA, Radiant Red immunofluorescence stain RNA gel; transmission white light is suitable for all kinds of dyeing protein gel,like test dye,silver staining,etc.There are three ultraviolet source are optional,they are wide wavelength ultraviolet source of 254nm, 302nm, 365nm.

7. Maximum glue area: 25 x 20 cm, suitable for various size of gel.

GEL-PRO software is a powerful and flexible software package, can intake image and analyze one-dimensional electrophoresis gel, dot blot, slot blotting and colony counting,can analyze gel bands, microporous board and clone.
